Dr. Sharif completed his MBBS degree from Armed Forces Medical College, Dhaka, and earned his MS degree in Urology from the National Institute of Kidney Diseases and Urology, Dhaka. He has 11 years of experience in the field of Urology and Andrology. He worked as a Resident of Surgery at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) and Resident of Urology at the National Institute of Kidney Diseases & Urology (NIKDU). He also worked as a Senior Medical Officer at Bangladesh Institute of Health Sciences Hospital (BIHS). Afterward, Dr. Sharif worked as a Registrar at Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College and later worked as an Assistant Professor. He participated in multiple international training such as AUA Fellowship Training from USA, JUA Scholarship Training from Japan, and URC advanced course from Singapore.
